AI native GTM and sales systems that give you your time back

I build the AI systems that take the repetitive research, list building and admin off a founder or salesperson's plate, so your hours go back into the conversations that actually need a human.

Worth saying up front, because it gets misread a lot. This is not "replace your sales and GTM team with AI". Humans are still the key part, and always will be. The systems take the repetitive work off your plate so you get your time back for the parts only a person can do.

What I build

Five layers of a go-to-market system

Each one takes a chunk of repetitive work off your plate. You can start with the one that hurts most, or build the full stack over time.

GTM strategy

Deep research on your ICP and market, your positioning, and the channels actually worth your time, so you aim before you fire.

Sales execution

Playbook generation, messaging, and lead qualification, so the team works from one sharp script instead of rewriting the same email from scratch every morning.

Pipeline generation

List building, enrichment and intent signals, and automated prospect research that briefs you on an account before you ever pick up the phone.

Sales ops

Automated CRM updates, pipeline, forecasting and reporting, so the admin keeps itself current in the background while you sell.

The AI layer

Workflows, agents and systems trained on your own playbook, so the output sounds like your business and follows your process, not a generic template.

What's under the hood

This usually means wiring together tools you might already recognise. Claude for the thinking, Clay or Apollo for enrichment, HubSpot for the CRM, Zapier or n8n for the plumbing, and Instantly for sequencing. You don't need to know any of them. That part is my job.

I've built this from nothing before

I built the entire go-to-market and sales system at ReubenAI from scratch. Prospect research, list building, enrichment, outreach sequencing, CRM automation, and the content pipeline behind it. So when I set this up for you, it comes from someone who has run the whole function end to end.

About me

Hi, I'm Jess

I build AI systems and run AI workshops for businesses across Australia, from regional teams through to fast-growing B2B startups. Before this I started and sold my first business at 18 (featured in The Advertiser, ABC and news.com.au), so I've been on the building-from-nothing side of a small team myself.

Most people I work with aren't anti-AI. They tried ChatGPT once, got a weirdly formal email back, and quietly parked it. I close the gap between knowing AI could help and having it set up, working, and pointed at the right problem.
