This website, jesstresidder.com, is run by Jess Tresidder, an AI consultant and GTM engineer based in Adelaide, South Australia. This page explains what happens to the information you send me through the site, and it is written to meet my obligations under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
The only personal information I collect is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field. There is no account to create and no login, and I do not run advertising trackers on this site.
The contact form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service that takes your submission and forwards it to my email inbox. Your details pass through FormSubmit's servers on the way to me, so their handling is covered by their own privacy terms. I use what you send only to read and reply to your enquiry, and to carry out any work we go on to agree.
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It is privacy-friendly by design: it does not use cookies, it does not fingerprint your device, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you around the web. It only gives me aggregate numbers, which is why this site does not need a cookie banner.
Your message stays in my email and project records for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and any work that follows. After that you are welcome to ask me to delete it.
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me at hello@jesstresidder.com and I will sort it out. If you would rather not use the form at all, you can reach me at the same address directly.
If I change how the site collects or uses information, I will update this page and the date at the top.
